Hallelujah, He is risen. Today as we worship alittle differently, anxious for the day that we can all worship together again. Here are some of my favorite worship songs. So in case you are missing you choir today or are just a lover of great music to celebrate Easter or to celebrate Easter all this week, I have posted some below.
Also, I have included a wonderful Easter serum by Dr. David Jeremiah. I love the story closer to the end of it about “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” No, I mean, it gave me CHILLS. Listen: it will make you want to shout. Since you are home alone or almost alone, go ahead. Shout to the King. He is risen.
Some of these are old school and then some are newer. I am a fan of any song that praises my risen King.
First, who doesn’t love Dolly? Then later enjoy a song from one of our favorite worship leaders and we are honored to call him friend Travis Cottrell. Tonight he is going live on Facebook at 6 EST. You don’t want to miss that.
We were also so blessed to be a at a live concert when Chris Tomlin introduced his new song called “Is He Worthy?” I was blown away.
And I love Johnny Cash..
Easter Sermon by Dr David Jeremiah (it’s awesome)
In the middle of this very different season we are in, Jesus’ message is the same: He is the Only One Who overcame the grave. Through faith in Him, so will we.
